Our East Amherst office offers late evening and Saturday morning times to facilitate patients seeking dermatology care outside of normal office hours.  We will be serving patients who have not established care with a dermatologist and those who have an existing dermatologist but who just can’t be seen on a timely basis. Our office hours will mirror the late evening and Saturday hours of many general urgent care clinics.  Dermatology-related visits account for upwards of 17% of general urgent care visits with marginal satisfaction.  We will be able to serve these patients with the highest level of dermatology care.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify the acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dermatologist.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash, or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.

Lab Services

Please note regarding office biopsies, Niagara Dermatology Associates, LLC sends all biopsies to the University of Rochester Medicine Labs Strong Memorial Hospital. 

Please remember that YOU are responsible for ensuring that our office has the following information up to date:
